A studio second is a piece of Galanter & Jones heated furniture that is 100% functional but has minor cosmetic blemishes that kept it from meeting our rigorous first-quality standards. This sale also includes showroom samples, pieces in discontinued colors and finishes, as well as a few one-of-a-kind colors we are playing with.

What you can expect:

• Fully Functional: Every piece heats up perfectly. The core comfort and warmth are exactly the same as our full-priced collection (and therefore covered by our 3-year warranty).
• No Surprises: All cosmetic imperfections are carefully photographed and noted in the product description, so you can see the exact piece you are buying.

Q: Do these pieces still heat up?

Yes, absolutely! The heating element and all electronic components are fully functional and work just as intended. The "second" quality refers only to cosmetic imperfections, never to the performance or safety of the chair.

Q: Can I see the furniture before I buy?

Yes, you have a few options. Once the sale goes live, all product pages on our website will include detailed photos and notes about any blemishes.

If you're local to the Bay Area, you can make an appointment to visit our San Francisco factory showroom to see the inventory in person (please note we are closed on the weekends).

Yes. Because every piece is fully functional, they are covered by the same 3-year warranty as our full-priced collection. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of everything we make.

All items purchased from the Studio Seconds Sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
