Our outlet sale consists of pieces of Galanter & Jones heated furniture that are 100% functional but have minor cosmetic blemishes that kept them from meeting our rigorous first-quality standards. These items include showroom samples, pieces in discontinued colors and finishes, as well as a few one-of-a-kind colors we are playing with.

What you can expect:

• Fully Functional: Every piece heats up perfectly. The core comfort and warmth are exactly the same as our full-priced collection (and therefore covered by our 3-year warranty).
• No Surprises: All cosmetic imperfections are carefully photographed and noted in the product description, so you can see the exact piece you are buying.

Q: Is the outlet furniture in working condition?

Yes, absolutely! The heating element and all electronic components are fully functional and work just as intended. The "outlet" quality refers only to cosmetic imperfections, never to the performance or safety of the furniture.

Q: Can I see the furniture before I buy?

Yes, if you're local to the Bay Area, you can make an appointment to visit our San Francisco factory showroom to see the inventory in person. Please note that we cannot reserve outlet inventory and cannot guarantee you'll be first in line for any specific piece.

Q: Are outlet items covered by the 3-year warranty?

Yes. Because every piece is fully functional, they are covered by the same 3-year warranty as our full-priced collection. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of everything we make.

Q: What’s the return policy?

All items purchased from the Outlet Sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
